Hello All,
"Daddy's Dyin" is auditioning on Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 and again on Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:30 pm. We will not be able to use the theater until Wednesday. I have already been able to reach Sarah K and she shot me off the schedule for Tuesday and I'm giving you Monday off because we will work from Tuesday through Saturday and you need a break!
Remember Strike and Load in on Sunday the 27th for MCM to strike and we load in our monster set!
|
| |
Thurs. 4/24 |
7:00 to 8:00 Photo shoot with Mona, Ed Earl and the girls in the house. If you can show up early that would be great! I have costumes for all the girls. I will stop by Ramona's and pick up something for Ed Earl and Mona. The shot will be against the sunset drop in the shed as the children's workshop is holding a final dress rehearsal for "Suessical Jr." in the theater. |
| |
|
8:00-10:00 add Jewel, Keep Mona and the girls and using the set with the "upstairs" we will block and run the girls scenes (block p.40-41"24 hours" p18-28,block p.29-32,37-41,71-76) |
| |
Sat. 4/26 |
This is going to be a really tough day to organize. The children's workshop will be performing "Seussical Jr." at 11:30 with drop off at 10:30, Daddy's Dying is auditioning from 2:00 to 4:00 and to top it all off it is "Red Poppy Festival" in Georgetown which means parking is going to be awful with all the main roads blocked. |
| |
|
10:00-11:30 We will take a shot at ""20 Fans" This is full cast during the show but we don't need all the people for the initial blocking. The girls called are Jesee, Sabrina, Sharon, Ashlyn, Abby, the guys called are A. J. as the Farmer, Kris as the conductor, slick dude is Sam K, shy cowboy is Joey G. and I think the traveling salesman is Mat Durkee. We will add the group of senators and such later (don't want you all sitting around for three minutes) We need to thank Joey for the music that let's us do this! |
| |
|
11:30-12:30 all the aggies and the girls plus sheriff and Mona. We will block the raid at the end of act 1 |
| |
|
12:30-2:00 Keep Sheriff and Mona to run their scenes (42-44, 61-62, 84-86) |
| |
Sun 4/27 |
You can expect to be called from 4:00PM to about 8:00PM we will help 1940's strike set and load our monster set into the theater. The Habitat guy's will be on hand to help and direct the action and if we all pitch in we could be done before 8:00pm. For those who do not build we have to set up the wigs station and the dressing rooms have to be reshaped for 27 for a much smaller cast. |
